How to order
- Submit your design brief.
- Select and confirm your package.
- Make the required payment.
- Design production begins.
- Review and approve your design.
- Receive your final artwork.
Payment policy
- Projects above RM250: a 50% deposit is required before production begins.
- Projects of RM250 or below: full payment is required upfront.
- Monthly design plans: full payment is due at the beginning of each subscription cycle.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
- Final artwork is released once payment is complete.
Scope & important notes
- Standard one-off designs include one original concept and one minor revision, unless otherwise specified.
- Major concept changes may incur additional fees.
- Clients must supply all necessary text, logos, photographs and references.
- Printing costs are excluded.
- Complex illustration, advanced photo manipulation, extensive copywriting and custom campaign development require a separate quotation.
- Unused monthly subscription designs do not carry forward to the following month.
- Project timelines are confirmed after the complete design brief has been received.
